By joining the this programme, I agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Service and Privacy Policy:

1.0 Terms and Conditions of Service

  • Definitions

    • ‘Services’ are classified as offering coaching and training.

    • ‘Materials’ are classified as information provided orally, in writing or electronic form and delivered in workshops, webinars, seminars, discussions, coaching and training sessions.

    • ‘Live Session Events’ means the recorded subject streams of 1 hour online seminars to commence on the Commencement Date and to continue for the Subscription Period.

    • ‘Online Event’ means an online, virtual or non-physical seminar, webinar, workshop, training.

    • ‘Online Event Platform’ means any website, platform, forum, group or environment used by Penny Wood Talks Ltd for the purposes of hosting an Online Event.

 

2.0 Client Obligations

You, the client agree to:

2.1 Behave in a respectful, professional and appropriate way that does not breach the laws or regulations of their home country or of the host country or that risks bringing the ‘Online Event’ or ‘Live Session Event’ or Penny Wood Talks Ltd into disrepute.

2.2 Be fully committed to the coaching programme, following through on agreed actions in order for you to gain the most value out of the programme.

 

3.0 Penny Wood Talks Ltd Obligations

Penny Wood Talks Ltd agrees to:

3.1 Behave in a respectful, professional and appropriate way that does not breach the laws or regulations of the host country.

3.2 Deliver the ‘Services’ as set out in 1.1 above.

 

4.0 ‘Online Event’ - Webinars, Seminars, Course Module Virtual Events are recorded

4.1 The virtual ‘Online Event’ or ‘Live Session Event’ facility includes a feature that allows audio and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded via Zoom. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please email Penny Wood, penny@pennywoodtalks.com to discuss your concerns in good time prior to the web-event date.

4.2 The virtual ‘Online Event’ or ‘Live Session Event’ sessions and recordings are to be viewed by the registrant only; the content must under no circumstances be recorded or reproduced.

 

5.0 Intellectual property rights

5.1 Penny Wood Talks Ltd has spent considerable time and cost in the development of the AIM HIGH! high performance coaching programme and, coaching ‘Materials’. You, the client shall not make or permit the making of any copies, reproductions, recordings of any such materials or share any ‘Materials’ either electronically or in hard copy format. ‘Materials’ are provided for your personal use only and are limited to one copy per client which can be printed out once for the client’s personal use only.

5.2 A copy of the AIM HIGH! coaching course programme electronic pdfs of the Module Workbooks and Reference Material document are available through the ‘Online Event Platform’. The content must not be modified or republished in any way by the client or other external parties to Penny Wood Talks Ltd.

 

6.0 Registration

6.1 Penny Wood Talks Ltd may suspend or cancel you, the client’s registration to the AIM HIGH! coaching programme immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

 

7.0 Insurance

7.1 Penny Wood Talks Ltd agrees to abide by the terms set out in our Professional Indemnity, Public and Employer’s

 

Liability insurance.

Penny Wood Talks Ltd Privacy and Data Policy

This policy covers any information which relates directly or can be linked directly to you, the client in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016. This includes your name, phone number, email address, photographs, genetic and economic data.

 

Data Protection

Penny Wood Talks Ltd is privacy conscious and is strongly committed to your right to privacy. Your data will be:

  • Fairly and lawfully processed

  • Processed for limited purposes

  • Adequate, relevant and not excessive

  • Accurate

  • Not kept for longer than is necessary

  • Processed in line with your rights

How does Penny Wood Talks Ltd collect data?

  • Through registering via the AIM HIGH! high-performance coaching programme portal hosted by the ‘Online Event Platform’.

  • Booking coaching using phone or email

  • Through an authorized contact in your organization

  • By entering into email or telephone correspondence with us

 

All personally identifiable information provided to Penny Wood Talks Ltd is processed in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. It is Penny Wood Talks Ltd policy to only disclose information to third parties if explicitly required to do so by United Kingdom Law. Penny Wood Talks Ltd will obtain your consent before passing on any information to any third parties. Penny Wood Talks Ltd does not collect or compile personally identifying information for dissemination or sale to external parties for marketing purposes.

 

You can request access, corrections and removal of your personal information any time by emailing penny@pennywoodtalks.com (proof of ID will be required).
