• Coaching - what's the biggest challenge you face right now? What have you been trying to accomplish but just can't seem to make it happen? I can support you to define your goals and create strategies to help you achieve the results you want with your clients, your boss, your team, your organisation. Using proven tools and techniques, I offer virtual 1-1 coaching that will get you straight into BOLD action, unlock your roadblocks so that you can achieve the results success you deserve.

• Learning and Development Facilitator - I design, develop and deliver bespoke management development training programmes to leaders at every level of organisations around the globe. I empower my participants to become inspirational and transformational leaders and develop their skill set to enable them to perform to their highest potential.

• Workshops - I create and deliver virtual bespoke workshops on management and leadership development, effective networking, managing change, public speaking techniques etc. It's your workshop so we'll collaborate together and I'll produce a virtual workshop that suits your individual requirements.

• Speech Coaching - Depending on your requirements we can work together via Skype, Zoom, MS Teams, by telephone, in person (subject to covid-19 restrictions), whatever works for you. I use proven techniques to help you build a strong message and deliver a speech or presentation with confidence. I have several different packages for a variety of needs. I coach people all over the world so no place is too far...                                                                                                                                      

• "I would like speech coaching. How much time would it take?'

       Every individual is different so we would normally start by understanding what your 

       requirements are, what your current strengths and capabilities are, identify areas for

       improvement and then create a programme that suits you - it could be a one-hour

       session or several months worth of preparation for an upcoming speech. It's all down to           what you're looking to achieve...​

• Professional Speaker - I speak at many different organisations and types of occasion from professional conferences, blue chip organisations, local community organisations, Toastmasters, schools, etc., both online and in person. My topics include but are not limited to "triumph by adversity', leadership today, motivational/inspirational topics, dealing with change, beating imposter syndrome, etc. Please contact me to discuss your individual needs - each speech is unique and tailored to the occasion.
